Lyndsey McNally has worked with condominium corporations in the Greater Toronto Area since 2002. She obtained her Registered Condominium Manager designation from the Association of Condominium Managers of Ontario (ACMO) in 2007 and maintained
that designation for over a decade. She is a general licensed condominium manager by the Condominium Management Regulatory Authority and holds the LCCI designation with the Canadian Condominium Institute.
A multiple award winner, Lyndsey is proud of her selection as Property Manager of the Year by ACMO in 2017, as well as her participation in the selection of her firm and clients in winning 6 other prestigious awards.
Throughout her career, Lyndsey has worked in a variety of roles including administration, physical building management, financial management, organizational management, and policy oversight. Lyndsey currently works as Director, Condominium
Lending Group.
Lyndsey is an experienced Ontario adjudicator and is an expert at interpreting the Condominium Act, 1998 as well as individual Declarations and By-laws for Condominium Corporations. She has had proven success in enforcing compliance matters
and achieving positive dispute resolution.
Lyndsey is a regular educational speaker and writer on subjects such as communication, ethics, financial management, governance, planning successful meetings, wellness, mental health, and insurance. She has experience chairing over 200
public meetings in her career – both in the condominium and municipal sectors.
Brian is a partner at Adams’s & Miles LLP. He has over 30 years’ experience working in the condominium industry. He specializes in the audit of condominium corporations and leads the condominium group at Adams & Miles LLP, which
is one of the largest condominium audit practices in Ontario provides audit, accounting, tax, and related services to over 600 condominium corporations.
He is a director and treasurer of the Canadian Condominium Institute (CCI) – Toronto, a member of Association of Condominium Managers of Ontario (ACMO) and is a past board member of CCI – Huronia. He shares his expertise as a presenter
at CCI courses, ACMO luncheons, the annual condominium conference and has written numerous articles on condominium matters for both CCI and ACMO. He participated in and has provided input to the Ontario Government on the recent revisions
to the Condominium Act. He has consulted extensively on numerous condominium matters.
Murray joined Crossbridge in 2008 bringing with him over seven years of experience as a Regional Manager in the condominium industry. Murray entered residential property management in 1992 following over 10 years of International Project
Management and Facility Management with a large multi-national manufacturing firm. With experience in ISO 9000, Employee Training and Development, and Organizational Development, Murray provides in-house Tarion and Performance Audit
consulting to Crossbridge managed properties. Recognized in 2012 as one of Canada's top four Sustainability Champions in energy efficiency projects by Building Strategies and Sustainability magazine, it’s no surprise that Murray continues
to lead Crossbridge's energy portfolio to maintain Crossbridge’s position as the recognized leader for the development of long-term condominium client energy reduction.
Recognized in 2019 by the Canadian Condominium Institute with the prestigious “Distinguished Service Award” and in 2016 the ACMO “Special Recognition Award”, he is always willing to participate in numerous speaking engagements and contribute
to industry publications. Murray continues to be active in supporting condominium communities throughout Ontario as well as condominiums from coast to coast through his directorship with the Canadian Condominium Institute – Toronto
and Area Chapter.
Eric Lakien is a member and Secretary of the Board of Directors, Landmark III of Thornhill, YRCC 798 [7905 Bayview Avenue, Markham]. He has a Ph.D. and an M.B.A. His background, when he was gainfully employed, was in financial, operations
and general management. He moved into the condo when he retired early in 2017. Motivated to contribute his skills and get involved in his new community wherever possible, he was elected to the Board later in 2017. It has been a tremendously
worthwhile and fulfilling experience, as he joined a very dedicated, committed, experienced, capable and involved Board of Directors. His writing skills have greatly enhanced communication with the Owners. Their Board has met with
much success for the condo. Being very fortunate to have an exceptionally capable Manager, the condo has won Condo of the Year in 2017, and Condo of the Decade in 2020. He has attended CCI-T networking events, the annual Condo Conference
and a participated in many of Education and CondoSTRENGTH events. He is Chair of the Awards Sub-Committee, and is on the CCI-T Finance, Education, Marketing, and CondoSTRENGTH Committees. He is committed to maximizing the benefits
of CCI-T to our members and the condo industry at large.
Francesco is a lawyer at Deo Condominium Lawyers, focused on all areas of condominium law, litigation, and governance. In addition to being elected to serve on the Board of Directors of CCI Toronto in 2020, he currently also serves as
the chair of the Volunteer Resources Committee and as a member of the CCI-Toronto Legislative Committee. Francesco is also a frequent contributor to other CCI initiatives, such as Condovoice magazine, Condo Convos, Condo Conference
and educational presentations. In his professional practice, he advises condominium boards on a variety of issues, including the amendments to the Condominium Act, 1998, condominium by-laws and rules, compliance, collection of common
expenses, proxies, meeting procedures, shared facilities, human rights, vendor contracts, and more. He has also conducted many condominium-based litigation matters before the Superior Court of Justice, the Condominium Authority Tribunal,
the Landlord and Tenant Board, the Human Rights Tribunal and the Small Claims Court.
Francesco's long-term vision is to give back to the condominium industry, and to help evolve and shape the industry in a positive manner.
Brian is the senior partner at Horlick Levitt Di Lella LLP with almost 30 years of legal experience. His practice focuses exclusively on condominium law. Brian graduated from McGill University where he obtained degrees in commerce, civil
law and common law.
Brian is a Past-President of the Canadian Condominium Institute (Toronto), where he also serves on its Board of Directors. Brian is an associate (ACCI) of and has been awarded a fellowship (FCCI) by CCI. Brian is actively involved in the
condominium industry and believes that education and knowledge are the cornerstones of a healthy and vibrant condominium industry. He is a regular lecturer for CCI's Level 102 course and is a frequent speaker on condominium law to
property management companies as well as at ACMO and CCI events. Brian is a regular contributor of articles on condominium law to both the CM magazine and the Condovoice. He a member of the Conference Committee, the Government Relations
Committee and Communication Committee, the ACMO Associates Executive Committee and the Certification and Standards Committee.
A veteran of not-for-profit boards and organizations, Stephen Ilkiw founded CondoHive with the desire to improve the way Condominium Corporations operate and create a return on investment for its stakeholders.
Stephen started CondoHive after a successful career working at PwC (PricewaterhouseCoopers) and the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society of Canada where he led and worked on multiple major national and international programs.
He’s also held volunteer leadership roles in several not-for-profit organizations where he’s led change and delivered improved strategic direction. Currently, Stephen is a volunteer member of CCI-Toronto's Marketing Committee.
Stephen holds a Masters in Professional Communications from the University of Western Sydney, as well as a Certificate in Corporate Communications from Seneca College and a BA in Media, Information and Technoculture from Western University.
Lisa Kay is the Project Director and Principal of KayCondoGC Inc. and has been in the condo industry for over 18 years. Initially on the financial side 2001 – 2010, providing loans to condominium corporations and then on the construction
side (2010 -2021) providing common element refurbishments to condominiums. She has sat on the Board of CCI and on the ACMO Associates committee for over 10 years each and was also on the board of her own condominium complex for 6 years.
She was instrumental in revising the Condovoice Magazine (with the help of a great committee and Art Niemi) to a more current format for CCI and introduced and participated in a review process to vet the speakers for the ACMO/CCI conference
which helped elevate the standards of the sessions. Her diverse experience in the industry provides well rounded knowledge in the workings of condominiums and the duties and responsibilities of their Boards.
Warren Kleiner is condominium lawyer with experience in real estate. Warren primarily represents condominium corporations.
He assists condominium boards and management companies on all matters relating to condominium governance. He reviews and advises on the Condominium Act, declarations, by-laws and rules and all agreements that are entered into by condominiums.
He also advises on liens and proceedings involving problematic owner-condominium relationships and on issues involving shared facilities. Warren has assisted many condominium communities to update their shared facilities agreements
to avoid disputes and provide for a fair and workable framework for managing shared facilities.
Warren is committed to keeping his clients up to date with the evolving state of Condominium Law. He is active with the Canadian Condominium Institute (CCI) and is currently a member of the Canadian Condominium Institute Toronto Marketing
Committee. He has also been active with the Association of Condominium Managers of Ontario (ACMO) and was on the Condominium Management Regulatory Authority of Ontario's (CMRAO) Stakeholder Implementation Working Group to provide input
and identify considerations to ensure the smooth development and implementation of the CMRAO. He has authored several articles on condominium-related topics for other industry publications including the Condo Voice and the Real Estate
News. He has lectured at the Law Society of Ontario, the ACMO/CCI Condo Conference and various CCI and ACMO seminars. Warren was also an instructor for the bar admission course real estate section.

Stacey is the Vice President of FirstService Residential Ontario and is responsible for developing and driving the strategic growth, sales and marketing plans based on organizational goals and objectives, that promote continuous growth and
client satisfaction. Prior to joining FirstService Residential, Stacey established a boutique property management firm specializing in condominium management throughout the GTA which managed over $80M of client assets and was successfully
sold in 2017. An industry professional, Stacey has over 28 years of experience in strategic planning, business development, marketing, project management and mentorship in various industries, including new home/condominium development along
with property management. Stacey is a Board Director of her townhome Condominium Corporation and volunteers as a Board Member of the CCI Toronto Chapter (CCI-T), where she is a Chair of the Education Committee and a member of The Condo Conference
Committee. She is also a member of the CCI -National Events Committee and a member of the Association of Condominium Managers of Ontario (ACMO). Stacey is an Ontario Licensed Condominium Manager (OLCM) and Registered Condominium Manager (RCM).
Outside of work, Stacey is passionate about travelling, continual learning and competing in triathlons.
Connie is an award-winning Real Estate Broker at Royal LePage Terrequity, and holds the SRS® – Seller's Representation Specialist, the ABR® – Accredited Buyer's Representative and the SRES® – Seniors Real Estate Specialist designations – having
had extensive training, specialized skills & resources for working with buyers, sellers, along with the 50+ market by expanding knowledge of how life stages impact real estate choices. As a Certified Canadian Staging Professional, Connie
also has specialized knowledge of how to enhance the presentation of a property to maximize equity return at the time of sale.
Born and raised in Toronto, Connie holds a Bachelor of Arts & Contemporary Studies, Minor in Marketing, from Ryerson University, and a Post-Graduate Certificate in Corporate Communications & Public Relations from Centennial College. She
has been working in real estate for more than 10 years, having previously held managerial marketing and leasing roles within the multi-residential real estate industry.
She is a member of the Canadian Condominium Institute – Toronto Chapter, was elected to the CCI-T Board of Directors in 2020 and is the Chair of the CondoSTRENGTH program, which brings condominium directors together to share experiences and insights
and provides them with tool-kits, knowledge and networking. She previously sat on the Board of Directors of her condominium for three years, and during that time, became actively engaged with CCI, and continues to be.
Outside of work, Connie can be found spending time in her living room 'tickling the ivories' of her grand piano, playing volleyball, and spending quality time with her family, friends, and husband Danny.
Sophia graduated from Ryerson University’s Civil Engineering program in the Spring of 2017. Sophia started working at Synergy Partners subsequently, where she is now a Project Manager in the capital planning division. Sophia is a Professional
Engineer.
During her time at Synergy Partners, Sophia has participated in preparing dozens of reserve fund studies and helping resolve performance audits. She has experience in understanding Declarations, Shared Facilities agreements, and condominium legislation
and regulations. Through her time working at Synergy Partners, Sophia has grown a passion for the condominium industry. Sophia’s focus is on condominium director education, which led her to become a member of CCI-T. Sophia hopes that through
her role as Director, she can help sustain and build a strong CCI-T. Sophia also serves on the CCI-T social media subcommittee (Chair), marketing committee, education committee and insurance subcommittee.
I am an insurance broker at BFL Canada Risk and Insurance Services. We focus on all lines of insurance with my specialty being in residential realty. I am a part of our real estate team nationally, where we have offices in each province
focusing on condominium insurance. CCI is a huge part of our organization across Canada with representation at the national level and provincially. I have attended CCI National events and spoken on several CCI educational panels over
the years. Being a member of the CCI-T Board of Directors is allowing me to help with change and advocacy for the condominium industry.
As an Insurance Broker, my profession is to education and act as a trusted advisor on behalf of my clients to manage their insurance needs. We at BFL deal with many different insurance companies that provide products such as: Commercial
General Liability, Property, Directors and Officers, Crime, Pollution, Equipment Breakdown, Pollution insurance to name a few.

As the CEO & President (owner/founder) of Lionheart Property Management Inc, Shane Haskell is responsible for the day-to-day operations. With several years’ experience in the financial, marketing, project management and real estate
industry, comes a great amount of passion for industries he serves. Shane holds a General License (OCLM) with CMRAO, is the Principle Condominium Manager (PCM) for Lionheart Property Management Inc, a Registered Condominium Manager
(RCM) with ACMO and a Leader of The Condominium Institute (LCCI). Lionheart is also an ACMO2000 organization. Shane is a member of the Discipline Committee of CMRAO, and volunteers on various other Committees such as the Board
