 CCI-T Invites All Member Corporations – Townhouse, Highrise or Lowrise – to Enter the Condo of the Year Contest
2024 COTY Nominations Open April 1stEach year the condominium corporation that has shown itself to be an outstanding community will be chosen as the Condo of the Year. The award winner will be announced in the fall at the CCI Toronto Annual General Meeting. The grand prize winner will be featured in the Condovoice magazine and receive a street entry sign and gala party for their corporation. But that is not all, your condominium management company will receive an advertorial in an issue of Condovoice, which has a large circulation among the GTA condo world. A total prize package valuing up to $12,000! If you’re a condominium management company, just think about that, a feature article highlighting a terrific condo managed by your company.
