Managing Conflicts in Condominiums – Saving Relationships, Saving Money?
Organized by Canadian Condominium Institute (CCI) - Toronto Chapter
The condominium sector provides many opportunities ripe with differing opinions - among Board members, between Boards and owners, among owners themselves, or between building management and Boards. This session will focus on three simple steps that can be effective in managing and sometimes resolving conflicts. You will learn each of them, practice them, and then take them away to turn naturally occurring conflicts into rewarding assets. Discover how to make those differences work to your advantage.
