Course 107: Records, Returns and Certificate Fundamentals Understanding records, retention and certificate fundamentals is important in knowing how to run your condominium smoothly. That’s why it’s essential to learn about what it entails before making any decisions. This course will introduce you to everything you need to know about them and how they impact your condominium. By the end of the course, you will be able to understand the basics of records, retention, and certificates and how they can help build trust with your owners and purchasers. You will also review the obligations of condominium corporations in relation to records, and the rights of owners to review and obtain copies of the corporation’s records.
